Who is responsible
This website is operated by Rachid Kabir, an independent developer working under the name CodeKabir, based in Marrakech, Morocco. For anything on this page, including a request to see or delete your data, write to rachidkabir.business@gmail.com.
Information you send me
The contact form is the only place on this site where you type anything about yourself. It asks for your name, your email address, the service you are interested in and a description of your project.
That message is sent to my own inbox by email and a copy is sent back to you as an acknowledgement. It is not stored in a database, not added to a mailing list and not passed to anyone else. I use it to answer you and, if we work together, to run the project. Enquiry emails stay in my mailbox while I still need them for your enquiry or the project that came from it, and I delete them as soon as you ask.
The legal basis is your own request: you send the message in order to be contacted back. Nothing you type in the form is sent to Google Analytics.
Analytics
I use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people read, how they arrived and which services draw interest. I look at totals and trends rather than at individual visitors. This site never asks Google for anything beyond that: the three advertising signals Google recognises — ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation — are set to "denied" in the page itself and are never turned on, so no advertising or remarketing data is collected here.
Analytics is optional and off by default. Until you accept, the Google script is never requested and nothing at all is sent to Google: no analytics cookie, no page view, not even an anonymous one. Loading a page still reaches the server that hosts this site, as any web page does — that part is covered under "Who else is involved" below. If you accept, the script loads and records page views along with a few things you do that matter to me: sending the contact form, and clicking a contact link or a quote button. Only the kind of link is recorded, never the address, phone number or anything you typed.
Your choice is stored in your own browser and I act on it through Google Consent Mode. You can change it whenever you like with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page: refusing afterwards switches analytics back off for the rest of your visit and from then on, in every tab you have open. Refusing also deletes the Google Analytics cookies the page can reach. A cookie saved for a different domain or path is outside what a page is allowed to touch, so if you want to be certain nothing is left, clear this site's data in your browser settings.
Who else is involved
The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver pages and block abuse. Contact form messages are delivered through Google's mail servers, because the mailbox behind the form is a Google account. Analytics data, once you accept it, is processed by Google. Each of these companies acts on my instructions for its part of the job, and none of them receives your information for its own marketing.
The floating WhatsApp button is a plain link. Nothing is sent anywhere until you click it, and clicking it hands you over to WhatsApp, where the conversation and your phone number are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms rather than by this site.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask me to delete it. Because almost everything here is an email you chose to send me, deletion is usually immediate and I will confirm it.
I work from Morocco, where personal data is governed by Law 09-08 and the supervisory authority is the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel). If you are in the EU or EEA, you can also raise a complaint with the data protection authority of your own country.
Refusing analytics costs you nothing: every page works the same way either way, and you will not be asked again unless you clear your browser storage or reopen the settings yourself.
Changes to this page
If what I collect ever changes, this page changes with it and the consent banner is shown again where the change needs your agreement. Questions are welcome through the contact form or by email.
